Delilah DiCrescenzo’s Diet and Workout

Delilah DiCrescenzo inspired the Billboard No. 1 song Hey There Delilah by Plain White T. She is also a professional runner, currently living in the Netherlands and racing around Europe to prepare for the World Championships. Her event? The 3,000m steeplechase!
So how does Delilah keep her body in tip top shape? She exercises and eats healthy foods.
Delilah’s exercise routine varies from day to day. Of course it involves running! But she also goes to the gym to work on her core, drills and weights. Her breakfast usually includes oatmeal, skim milk, a scoop of almond butter with a banana and honey which is a perfectly well-rounded breakfast with the dairy, fruit, fiber and protein. And she is a big fan of honey. It is a big part of her life.
“Plus, honey is a miracle food. I’ll eat this about five times a week and always before a workout and race.”
For lunch and dinner, she eats rice, beans and avocado. Delilah is all about girl power! She would love to see more females in executive sports positions.
