<p>She&#8217;s been spotted eating foods that people worried about gaining a few pounds do not eat.  With just under two weeks before her wedding to go, Kim was spotted eating pizza and drinking a large soda.<span id="more-21316"></span></p>
<p>But, maybe the 30-year-old reality star is unconcerned about her weight because of the intense workouts she has been doing with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson.</p>

<p>Gunnar has the bride to be doing tons of squats and lunges to keep those legs looking toned and sexy.  In addition to that, she&#8217;s been frequenting Barry&#8217;s Bootcamp, a training center that has her doing boot camp style workouts.  It&#8217;s 60 minute sessions of high intensity cardio and strength training that causes the body to burn 1,000 calories.</p>
<p>&#8220;It’s torture,” she says of the boot camp, &#8220;but it&#8217;s amazing.  I see a difference right away when I go.&#8221;</p>

Victoria is keen to get her figure back after giving birth to her fourth and youngest child, Harper Seven. In previous interviews, the former Posh Spice says that her ideal weight should be about 119-126 lbs.<span id="more-21485"></span></p>
<p>Aside from running in a silent treadmill installed in Harper&#8217;s nursery, Victoria is also following the yoga moves in Mandy&#8217;s DVD.</p>

<p>Now that the movie is over, focusing on eating the right things seems more important than &#8220;scheduling&#8221; a diet.  Maybe he means his diet isn&#8217;t quite as planned as he would like.</p>

<div>So how does Delilah keep her body in tip top shape? She exercises and eats healthy foods.<span id="more-21417"></span></div>
<div>Delilah&#8217;s exercise routine varies from day  to day. Of course it involves running! But she also goes to the gym to work on her core, drills and weights. Her breakfast usually includes oatmeal,  skim milk, a scoop of almond butter with a banana and honey which is a perfectly well-rounded breakfast with the dairy, fruit,  fiber and protein. And she is a big fan of honey. It is a big part of her life.</div>

<div>&#8220;Plus, honey is a miracle food. I&#8217;ll eat this about five times a week and always before a workout and race.&#8221;</div>

<div>For lunch and dinner, she eats rice, beans and avocado. Delilah is all about girl power! She would love to see more females in executive sports positions.</div>
