Kim Kardashian’s Carb Diet Secret


Kim Kardashian has had her ups and downs in the weight department.  A close friend of Kim’s says that the socialite was trying too hard to become a size 0, something she thought others wanted of her.

‘She was obsessively counting every calorie, doing insane amounts of cardio and taking diet supplements,” says the friend. “Then she realized: ‘I’m not meant to be a size 0 and I look better if I’m not.”’

Now, gone are the old diet habits and in are the new personal trainer approved habits.

According to her personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, Kim eats “real food” and loves working out.

She eats carbs and some sugar but she doesn’t do it after 7pm – that’s her secret,” Peterson says.

Her friend says the reason she is looking so good these days is because “she is being gentle on herself”, having finally accepted herself for who she is.

A strategy to limit the number of processed refined carbs is always good.. whether it be portion control or time-based (after 7 pm).  It’s always about finding the happy medium and Kim looks fab!
